  1. Graphics update after lightbar install

I believe it's a foundation Cyberbeast exclusive currently but there are lots of aftermarket options available.
  2. Graphics update after lightbar install

I'm not seeing any controls for the lightbar or frunk power in the app.
  3. Graphics update after lightbar install

I just got my OEM lightbar installed and noticed that the vehicle graphic is updated after install. Neat little detail.
  4. Rust spots after 1 year

I've found those synthetic clay bars to be effective as well. After a winter of road salt and not washing once, I found quite a few of the metal contamination on the truck, especially the rear quarter panel. No rinse and clay removed most of the spots and BKF foam removed the rest. I do...
  5. FSD able to compete with lidar! Mark Rober Debunk Video - Heavy Rain Test - 2026 Tesla Model Y HW4 FSD

Yeah, I wasn't seeing a person visualization on the screen, but it wasn't the clearest picture. I think FSD was stopping because the road cues were obscured with the water.
  6. Recall: exterior trim / body panel detaching issue (46,096 Cybertrucks affected)

I'm a VIN 9440 Beast and the website doesn't list any recalls.
  7. Sentry Mode Preview on Android

Yeah, surprised me the other day. I was washing the truck the other day and heard three beeps before the frunk opened. I think I also remember an app warning about advanced connectivity or something.
  8. Not Good. New Powertrain Problems - Out of Spec.

I work as a software engineer for a steering OEM parts provider. We have a test track that has various surfaces, the roughest being th cobble portion. Basically large rounded rocks 8-10 inches in diameter. We weren't directly studying the ZF steering units but I got access to have some fun.
  9. Not Good. New Powertrain Problems - Out of Spec.

No. There are a few dirt roads where I live and sometimes drive on for convenience, but not often. When I blasted over the cobvle portion of our test track, I did have it in off-road mode and didn't experience any harsh feel so I believe it that these modes do something. It's just not convenient...
  10. Not Good. New Powertrain Problems - Out of Spec.

The rough wheel hop is really pronounced on washboard dirt roads under acceleration. It feels like the suspension banging, but it's the front wheel torque causing skipping and grabbing. If they try to fix it with some kind of traction control software, then it will feel like a loss of power...
  11. Windshield visor sunblock?

I think these from CybertruckCo are the only ones I've seen that fit your description.
  12. Strange handling question

I'm not much into powertrain engineering, but I've heard from a few people that have experienced wheel hop during acceleration on rough surfaces, and experience it myself on the front end of my Beast. Combined with something I heard about the Beast using the front motor bias vs the AWD rear...
  13. Strange handling question

Yeah, I think there's a bit of a wheel hop over bumpy surfaces. The Beast uses the front motor more than the rear, so it's noticeable as harsh driving in the front. The AWD uses the rear motor more so that's probably what you're feeling.
  14. I need a JACK

I got this bottle jack/jack stand combo and it worked pretty well when I used to to switch over to my winter tire set-up. It's nice because it can auto catch the jack stand as you're using the bottle jack, and it can range between 11"-21". The jack has a saddle and I couldn't find a flat jack...
  15. Ignore the detailers, Sprayway Glass Cleaner is the easiest way to clean the exterior of your Cybertruck

It's sub zero salt season where I am now so I've been letting the truck stay dirtier for longer periods since it's a Sisyphean task to keep clean. I've tried the self wash stations with soap spray and high pressure water, but it doesn't remove everything. It seems like mechanical agitation is...
  16. CYBERTRUCKco Heavy-duty Rock Sliders Launched today on the site!

I like how these look. It looks like they cover the jack points on the battery case. Can you basically put the jack anywhere on the slider since they're distributing the weight or is there some indicator where the jack point is under the slider?
  17. Tonneau cover gap issue fixed by Service Center under warranty

I just got my truck back after a week of service for the two recall items as well as the tonneau cover gap issue others are reporting here. During my delivery earlier in the year, I specifically checked for this fitment and found it to be good, but one of the rubber seals on the slats shifted...
  18. 🎃 Halloween Cybertrucks! 👻

Here's what we did for Trunk or Treat. Made the canopy out of wood, Ramboard, and foam board. Then engines are 12" concrete tube forms and orange buckets. Fog/LED machines are inside the engines and powered by the bed plugs.
  19. Nice Truck Bed Tarp for Hauling

One more follow up for documenting information. I used the tarp again today to get some mulch. Much lighter than soil, so nothing to comment on about the drive dynamics of the load, but this time I got 1.5 yards vs 1 yard of soil. I had to flatten the load a bit with a rake, but it just...
