Right, but the reason has NOT been confirmed to be a demand problem. So anyone’s opinion is as valid as the “reporters”. They want the clicks or they don’t get paid. It’s likely a standard retooling, they’ve done this before for just about all of the lines.

I’ve never had a screen protector on anything. Modern phone and tablet glass is quite amazing.
There’s no need for a screen protector on a Tesla display.
If you drive it like a normal truck in gimp mode those tires will last a long time .
But it’s really really really easy to drive it like a Tesla, expect to go through tires faster.
They are making somewhere around 2000/day. People see FUD like this and think they are all just pieces of junk, which is just simply false. The actual number of trucks with issues is likely in the 1-3% range, which is completely on par with anyone else.

You can definitely tell Tesla doesn't noise dampen a lot of things when you start cranking up the bass. Likely one of those things that will improve over time like it did with the Plaid S.
