The Beta prototype that was recently spotted had them in black which looks better than silver or gray, though wheels equipped with aerocovers are still by far the best looking.

It doesn't change the fact that you are compromising clearance when compared to the old bumper. On top of looking awful.

By that I mean instead of a flat light bar you have that thing jutting out which breaks the shape up, you can see it even in that low res photo you posted.

Between that low hanging diffuser and the charge port on the fenders it looks like they couldn't care less about off road use.

It does look like the rightmost element is wonky, I think the film may have delaminated from it. I really wish they would have kept the rear light bar one piece, other than looking better it also removes any issues with gaps/alignment.

That was an early mockup, Starship has improved a lot it doesn't have ripples any longer.

Yes that's the camera, the Alpha prototypes already had it there. Aesthetically another poor design choice as it breaks up the lightbar, they could have put it down where the license plate is.

If you look at the F-150 Lightning they are able to house a spare without the saggy diaper look, this is purely aero driven in order to eek out efficiency.

I think that is the main reason they're adding the Model S instrument binnacle. Yeah the aftermarket better get onto making a rear bumper that looks like the OG one, I'll happily take the range hit as it looks disgusting.

Those are the headlights, the lightbar between front fascia and hood is a drl.

The more I see those headlights the less I like them, makes the gap between bumper and front fascia too big. OG proto that had them in the bumper looked better.
