Most chargers now even with a screen can only accept payment through there app. Phone is the screen. If you don't have a cell phone, your most likely not going to drive an EV. As the newer generation grow, everyone has at least one phone. Just like Europe and Africa. No food on the table but...

Grrr... Zooming in the Tesla in the picture looks like plate is 63277, which is used on almost all new Tesla's. I was hoping to get more info to get an idea where this picture may have been taken.

On the other Teslas the hardware was mount onto as the body is aluminum. For the CT, I thought SS is also not magnetic. Are they on with suction cups or are there some SS that are magnetic. For me every SS has not been magnetic and as such make it much harder to weld and am forced to use clamps..
