As others have stated, pretty sure its an aero diffuser. Probably just for testing though. i remember the early Plaid trimotor model S's had some huge diffusers, rear wings and chin spoilers for testing that later got wayyyy refined.
I would call that house, a modern interpretation of brutalism. But Brutalism in itself is not about shape, form, material or even color. It is purely about celebrating and showcasing the unrefined, brash, raw and "brutal" object after being constructed. Typically these are concrete structures...
I guess i mis understood you. I think Tesla has been doing a good job of this already.. Demand is high, which leads to long waits, which leads to individuals selling cars to people whom dont want to wait, at premium prices.
So Tesla ends up raising prices.
If someone who didnt get a reservation wants to pay me 30-40k over MSRP for my truck. they can have it and I don't want any manufacturer telling me I cant sell it.
