I think people are confused by what "start of production" means. The first 3-6 months of production will be trucks that never reach customer's hands. If they start in summer then the first few customer models should hit the road by the end of the year.

I'm very optimistic but there's no way they are selling 60,000 Cybertrucks this year. I think 600 is much closer to reality.

Probably a good time to mention that production starting does not equal deliveries beginning. Deliveries will lag months behind the beginning of production. Most of us have been hoping for deliveries by the end of 2023, which should be doable if production really does start mid-2023.🤞
