Nope. 👎 I have to transfer FSD before the end of September!! No CT by then, I don't think. I thought about getting a new Tesla now, to take advantage of the FSD transfer, but the numbers don't make sense for me if I'm buying the top-line CT.
This is tough... I have one of the first Model 3 Performance off the line, and while it has 100,000+ miles now, it also has full self driving and is only worth about $19k on trade-in. (I paid over $81k!!). So, while I don't want to keep a second vehicle to insure and pay exorbitant Texas EV...
Wishful thinking. I would LOVE for this to be the case, but I’m thinking we’re all getting a BAW with no sign of lasers. 😞
I don’t even notice the wiper anymore, and I’m sure it’ll be the same when we own a real CT. 🤷🏻♂️
You can see in the videos from the Electric Cars & Coffee that Franz attended recently, the steer by wire with progressive turn ratios is already working. He barely moved the Whoke to get the front tires to turn aggressively.
Toyota has been saying similar things since 2016...
Believe it when you see it actually in a production vehicle (if ever). I don't think anyone is going to slip a major battery technology advancement past Tesla and their battery partners!!
