right! I had my solar system installed during covid and not a soul could speak to me about what the process would be after they turned the switch on and what the hidden costs were going to be with PGE, County assessment taxes. If I would have known about the annual fees, I would have installed...
I hear you. My annual was 5813.2KWH in 2022 and so far 5200KWH this year. I paid $1600 in true up fees to PGE last year. November I will get my True Up fee and report. Hoping less. I wish I would have doubled my Solar so I wouldn't have to pay anything also.
1 battery 10kw. Norther Cal/Bay Area. Winter is a drag on the system too. I bet SoCal for you the winter isn't so bad like we have with clouds most days from November to March.
on a 10kw solar system it will take a long time to charge any E vehicle and running your house at the same time near impossible. Except if you plan on driving once a month. I have Tesla solar and battery back up, love it but the True Up!! daaang those bastard PUC and PGE people.
why does Tesla still have the same old specs on their ordering web site? Seats 6, tailgate ramp, camping equipment, etc. So close to reveal with so many changes it's a bit false advertising at this point 4 years later?
If the truck actually comes with these I'm taking mine off. They would just get ripped off in deep snow and just become a storage place for dirt, rocks, etc.
