Latest FSD Driving me nuts not going the speed limit

Sorry you think that my reply is BS. I live west of Houston and there is significant gravel mining in the area, most of which is hauled to either Houston, San Antonio, or Austin. Some of the rocks end up on the highway. Having spent years in the collision repair and glass replacement business...

Latest FSD Driving me nuts not going the speed limit

Yes, speed control really sucks right now as well as following too close. I find myself constantly scrolling between hurry and chill as well as hitting the accelerator. I also frequently disengage FSD because of the CT following too close to the car ahead of me. It follows at a distance that...

New Cybertruck Owner! Places for Wraps? Local events?

Starbase, Texas located at Cyber Beach (Boca Chica Beach). Lots of fun especially when there is a Starship launch. Many hardcore Tesla/Cybertruck loyalists will be there. There are also organized events there from time to time, most recently a 4 day Christmas gathering on Boca Chica Beach. You...

    Cybertruck -- El naturel

El naturel! No wraps in these woods! No scratches, no brush marks. Far better than PPF or paint if you are driving off road or in the brush.

CYBER BEAST REAR ENDED , will this get totalled or will they fix it ?

Probably fixable, definitely would be on a conventional truck. Definitely would ask for lost value and be super critical of any driving issues after the repairs.

    Cyberbeast Lightbar Email Arrives!

The installation looks like a hack job. Very sloppily done by someone who has little skill in this area. The adhesive I see in the picture could be automotive urethane. I do believe an OEM quality windshield urethane adhesive correctly done could possibly work in this situation. Can’t...

Boca Chica Beach, Texas. Doesn’t get much better than this

Nothing needed. Just show up and enjoy. If you want to get a closeup view of the Starship, you need to be there around 6-7 hours before launch time because they close the roads. Not sure of the exact timing. It is worth the trip. Awesome would be an understatement.

You are correct. Roughly 20 miles from Starbase to a Supercharger in Brownsville

I have only been once so I don’t know all the specifics, but they were letting people get within a hundred or two feet of the rocket up until around six hours before launch time. Hard to say exactly because the rocket is huge. We watched the launch from the southern tip of South Padre Island...

Need some advice... thinking of selling

Same in Texas. Almost everyone loves it. I bought my FCT almost 2 months ago at the apex of the trouble. Saw a guy at MD Anderson parking lot with one and got inspired. I had put a deposit on one almost 5 years ago and decided to pull the trigger. Love it.

Need some advice... thinking of selling

That really sucks. The undeserved demonization of Musk by the left politicians and MSM has fueled the hate you are experiencing. I put a deposit on a Cybertruck 5 years ago and finally pulled the trigger and bought it in response to this backlash. I live in Texas where almost all of the feedback...
