  7. CyberTruck customer service terrible- is it the same for Tesla Powerwall?

    I have Tesla solar and power wall batteries. The system is great and the install was fantastic. You still use the app for service if needed and trying to get a human is very challenging - similar to the car side of the business. I love their products but the customer service has to get better.

    Has anyone figured out how to get the PowerShare $2,500 credit back into your account if you are not going to use Qmerit and install PowerShare. I have tried to communicate with them that I am not going forward but no communication back and no sign that the credit has moved back into my Tesla...
