Part of why I am changing cars is insurance rates. After 4 years of reasonable rates for my 2019 Model X, I got a 20% and another 20% increase over the last two years. The Cybertruck would be $1,300 less per year.

I ordered on Feb 4. I just got delivery notification. The delivery appointment options were March 6 or 8.

That is my strategy, but I may rule out a Foundation (2024) completely if it is less reliable than a 2025 non-Foundation.
