I get about 1.9 miles per percent during highway driving. I usually pull trailers between 65 and 70 MPH.

I’ve used a generator on mine before. Get a surge protector like you would use on an RV just to be safe. It won’t let power through at all if it’s reversed or not a good flow.

The trip from Richmond, TX to Huntsville State Park was 96 miles. I left with 100% and arrived with 45%. It used 63 KWH. I was averaging about 65MPH. Truck felt great. Didn’t notice the trailer was back there except a few dips on the freeway.
