    That's actually not true for DC charging(supercharging) that only applies to AC charging. you can continue to use a refrigerator, charge other things (I've charged my Anker Portable Power stations while supercharging) etc.

    I dont see a way in the Tesla app to change the intensity of the LED lights. only inside the cabin on the screen.
