Yep, I tried that, explained everything in detail along with the part numbers. It sat for a few days with no reply and then they closed out the request haha
Interesting. I also see that this particular fastener is also used on the new Model Y (quantity 2, in that case).
My WAGs are that these little things are too expensive and time-consuming to ship individually, so Tesla opts to only ship them in bulk to the SCs or they're trying to prevent an...
My story goes like this: I used our bike rack a handful of times this summer. The last time I took off the rack for the season and was reattaching the hitch cover, I forgot I needed a flathead screwdriver (stupid design, IMO), but before I could go back to the toolbox, I got interrupted. Hours...
I did not get the previous auto park release but DID get this version yesterday and installed it. Unfortunately I got home super late last night and am commuting via train today, so no testing until tonight or this weekend for me.
I’m just a normie, no social media, no fame, June truck in the...
FYI: The most recent 2024.20.1 update that's rolling out appears to have put a huge dent in the phantom drain issue. (I was experiencing this inside a garage with no Sentry Mode and no cabin overheat, so, yeah, pretty bad.)
Regarding the vampire drain, I had been losing about 5-7% every 24 hours and after updating to 2024.20.1 I have not lost even 1% over 12 hours, so here's hoping that's been resolved. (As others noted, they've also seen vampire drain be reduced without updating, so who knows?)
Tesla actually does produce some nice first responder guides, but sadly the Cybertruck doesn’t appear to be on the list yet:

Picked mine up yesterday too, VIN 12xxx range and also notice it at stopped or low speed. If it’s just an otherwise byproduct it f the steering mechanism, so be it. If the “fix” is just more sound deadening, I may not bother.
Updating below to report a successful delivery today. A minor panel misalignment above the rear passenger side door that they documented, though debatable whether I care enough to do anything about it, otherwise, truck looks and drives great!
I do miss FSD, but the 70 miles back home gave me a...

We just had our 12v replaced on our 2021 Y (it failed "gracefully" with a warning via the app so mobile tech came out this morning and swapped it in <20 minutes, $0 charge since still under warranty, can't beat it).
I asked him about Cybertruck deliveries and he's saying that it's going, but...

A bunch of friends and family know I've been waiting (4+ years, just like everybody...) and myself and a few folks saw one the other week and I got 3 texts in a matter of an hour, "OMG, was that you!?!?!"...
