I'm having the same issue. Had my installer back out and we worked with Tesla support for a few hours. They decided it was an issue with my CT so now I have to wait till I can get into the service center. I really doubt it's the truck since I have no charging issues so I'm still troubleshooting...

Well that makes me think it's not my CT and more likely in the wiring. Thank you for your reply.

I have this exact same issue. Were you ever able to get yours fixed? Tesla support is telling me its a problem with my Cybertruck and to schedule service.
