My biggest issue with FSD is the speed setting. It seems there is no way to set the speed to what I want anymore. As a result, I constantly have to check my speed and tap on the accelerator. Am I missing a setting, or is this how it's supposed to work?

It's likely the gear shift, when the owner is in a rush or not paying attention to the screen, doesn't scroll all the way, then presses down hard on the " gas." ... ! similar to the Zhao incident that killed her.
