I find it interesting that this issue happened so early in the vehicles life that they didn't come across this when testing. I hope this gets resolved soon as I kind of want to replace my Lightning with a CT soon-ish

I'm sure it's been said already, but hire a damn lawyer. To be on that side of the road on a hill like that, I'd be utilizing everything within the courts as I could. Hopefully other charges will follow. Also, remember your neck and back hurts. Do not mow your own lawn for some time.....

One thing to remember, HOA's don't usually like dealing with lawsuits. If you can find something that allows you to file a lawsuit, might be the route to take. I was once in one in FL and saw this happen (not EV related) and it helped make changes for the good.
