Definitely get the hard floor one. I’m only using the hammock version because it serves as a protector for the rear of the front driver and passenger seats. My kids love to kick that area so my use case is different. It’s also nice because when we need to fit 5 people and I need to sit between...
Got it. I think that’s what 4Knines should do next. Integrate the door panels into the liner so they zip up. IMO it’s more secure than putting it on the door with a bunch of clips.
It does provide some form of protection but it's more about shielding it from some large pieces of food but not full impact. I would still install a screen protector on the rear screen to be safe. That's essentially what I did.
As for the door protector, how did you get the clips installed ...
I also paid full price for mine. Disclaimer after I was impressed with the product I asked them if they could provide a referral link. If anybody isn’t into that sort of thing feel free to go directly to their website. It doesn’t matter to me as long as the knowledge is out there that there is a...
Anyone with young kids knows how hard it is to keep a car clean—snacks, spills, sticky fingers, and toys everywhere. When I had my Model Y, I tried a pet liner to protect the back seats. It helped, but coverage was limited and messes still got through.
So when I picked up my Cybertruck, finding...
It might not matter to some people but it does matter to me. In my Model Y when I am coming home from a daytrip with my two kids and trying to get them back in time for bed, that extra range could be the difference between having to stop somewhere and supercharge which adds an extra 20 minutes...
Because that's not the reason? It's actually because I wanted to maximize range but not compromise on the features that got removed on the Cybertruck Long Range version. You presume to know what people want but you don't know. I can see this is triggering for you so move along.
Given the efficiency of FSD, I will likely be driving with it most of the time to maximize range. You don't realize how inefficient humans are as drivers until you use FSD. We get tired, we have a hard time controlling acceleration and allowing regen breaking etc..
I was surprised that I get more range out of the Cybertruck than my 2023 Model Y with induction wheels. The efficiency of Teslas just keep getting better overtime. Of course the Cybertruck also has a much bigger battery but for a vehicle of that size it’s amazing.
I just dropped off my Cybertruck to get it wrapped in Matte black and it should be done in two weeks. As I look at examples of other Cybertrucks that have been wrapped, it made me realize the matte black needs some kind of accents / graphics on it. Matte black is a canvas and I need to figure...
Thanks all. I went for an AWD. While I like speed, the range is going to get used more and this is one of the reasons I held off for so long. I wanted Tesla to keep pushing the range up since I’m used to ICE vehicles with 400-500 miles of range. It’s likely going to be sometime before the...
I have been a long time lurker of these forums and as of yesterday became a Cybertruck owner. Wanted to drop a note to say hi to everyone.
I am in San Joaquin county.
Next steps are for OCDetailing to wrap in matte black PPF.
I didn’t have plans to buy the Cybertruck this year and was...
I saw this picture of the Cybertruck on Reddit with an "RC" logo on the driver-side door + rear and it got me thinking. Is anyone discussing using this typeface on the Cybertruck and creating a futuristic design? It's giving off vibes like Hideo Kojima's games Metal Gear Solid or Death...
