Simple solution for a lockout: borrow someone's phone, download the Tesla application, put in your credentials, open the vehicle with the application. Another solution is to borrow a phone, call Tesla, ask them to open the vehicle. You'll need some basic security info for that one.

Aluminum wire does not have the same capacity as copper wire of the same size. Probably overheated, insulation melted, shorted to each other. I’m not an electrician, but I’ve done a lot of electrical work. Don’t blame the Tesla charger.
