Just noticed your post - I've had this DRPower Redi-plow since 2013 ( previously on the front of my Tundra) and has served me well however ideally need to get it mounted on the front of CT would be more efficient and practical. It's lightweight not many parts that can go wrong.
Interesting, where did you get them can you post a link? Thanks my plowing is limited with Cybertruck mount on rear; hope to get front hitch this year.
Sorry didn't answer question; I have not tried snow chains on Cybertruck although with these condition they might help.
Record snowfall here in Alaska's Capitol City.
On the downhill plowing - not more than 4 inches then tires lose grip.
Been too busy clearing snow to drive truck; ATV with plow does an easier job on the small stuff. This truck has been sitting under carport for 3 or 4 days.
Don't forget Southeast Alaska, if after leaving your city/town by State Ferry you continue from Haines to Tok through the Yukon Territory, to continue into the State of Alaska.
Oh, I misunderstood; thought you got the front hitch from CYBERTRUCKco for $700 and were installing it.
In my limited experience last year with plow on rear, using it in daylight with clean lens on camera works fine.
Just got it ready for this winter, had over ten years on my Tundra at front, therefore plow in question is good enough, unfortunately not ideal on the back.
I will look into CybertruckCo. Front bumper with hitch doubt I'll be able to get it this season.
Thanks for that, did you have moments when you had to get really creative to get a charge, or was it more like just having to do a long 12 amp charge somewhere unexpected?
Must have been quite the adventure, I'd be interested to learn of your experience charging from Whitehorse to Anchorage, was it mainly Plug Share? Would you mind giving locations? It looks like you took a side trip down to Haines what charging stations did you use there? Many thanks for the...
Over the winter -CT bed was carrying Poly tarp holding a stash of peat gravel for my driveway. In the spring I took it out and cleaned bed, only to find blotchy grey patches on CT bed surface no longer black, does anyone know what paint/plastic coating will match existing Tesla finish. I do NOT...
Also they could change body panels to plastic like in CyberCab, creating less fuss maintaining current Cybertruck and offering multiple colors, then I might trade in my FS24. Time well tell.
