Im also likely experiencing pcs failure.
Vin 08xxx - 20k miles, picked up may 24
i had ‘limited power ‘ sign couple times in last 3 months when unplugging truck from mobile charger at home @ 32amps . My last post here in December was about it as well. Took truck to Service center amd...
Ok thanks for suggestions! will look at the charging too. Mine was charging when i unplugged it to head out so possibly could’ve detected power drop. My charger’s set at 30amps usually so will put in charging later and see what alerts are in service mode
Yea have one for next month to look at wind noises and hvac noises on front vent but this came up so trying to see if anyone had dealt with it. I messaged service team too and Message went away after I started driving so let’s see.
Got in truck today and saw this message ‘power limited, schedule service’Anyone’s had it before or know of solutions? Pressing on info are didnt show anything.
its cold weather but truck was parked in garage. Battery was just charged and at 64%
It’s definitely an issue. I heard it flapping around on highway and service center appts are usually a month out and luckily it didnt fly off. I had that replaced and reglued along with one front side panel loosening. Seems its going to be long term issue depending on what they use to glue it...
Thanks, yeah seems cold weather and maybe oil pump related but doesn’t seem to have happened second time for folks on thread.. i guess going to have to wait for service to see. Hopefully doesn’t end up in limp mode in mean time as service guys just said continue driving and dont go on long...
At expense of getting on the cyberstuck reddit.. Im finally admitting getting frustrated with truck… this message is getting best of my nerves.. happened second time now..
first time about a month ago, called tesla support and drove it to service center in morning as tow in and they supposedly...
I use have it on all the time currently in Michigan snow and icy roads. No issues so far in last couple months. I've driven it without slippery mode on and have had traction light come up so now first thing I press before I start up the drive is to turn on slippery mode. It gives peace of mind...
Thanks for the link and good video and read. Seems like it handles trail well. Was it a specific trail you guys went to at the park? Also i thought i read some modes got grayed out after donut sessions , did it come back to working again?
I saw bunch of videos with sand/mud but still hesitant...
Yeah havent been there before but definitely would like to see how well cybertruck handles there.. would be interested in this depending on timing and if we get group with people who know what they’re doing at the trails!
Yeah thats not much miles at all.. Im still getting used to the one pedal driving and only about 50 miles in.. i had couple hard accelerations but didnt go too fast with it maybe upto like 60-70mph! Tesla can probably figure out something if it is related to acceleration/deceleration related...
Interesting, i talked to Green panel guys last week and they said they’ll email or call me to set up a date but still havent gotten update re that yet. hopefully in next couple days lets see so at least i can get truck delivered by middle of May.
Good to know! I’m working on getting financing finished as well .. did they tell you about the home share/charger stuff?
Im still waiting on a call from installers and its my first tesla so dont want to take delivery unless i have things set up to charge it ?
Awesome! I talked to the rep from clarkston center and he said they’ve delivered 4 so far and they got 8 more vin’s assigned today and hopefully delivery in first or second week of May so ours will be likely in same batch!
