Thanks to the comments here, I was able to get Tesla service to understand the differences between CT AWD and Tri-Motor, and rotate the tires. They also detected that the final alignment was not up to spec, they found out both control arms from driver side where not allowing the alignment...
I just got alerted from Tesla service center that my Beast is ready for pickup. Work order shows that the front alignment was out of spec. They performed a 4 wheel alignment on the house thanks to my prior noise complaints found on record. What I don’t understand is why not rotate the freakin...
Interesting observation. I also have that clunky noise happening on several roads, mainly if I step on it and turn the wheel at the same time. Will be interesting to see what happens on Tuesday.
maybe this has something to do with the auto suspension raising and lowering whenever it feels like it. Never had this kind of issue in 20 years of owning any vehicle.
After 3k miles of normal city and highway driving, I came to notice uneven tire thread wear coming from the front Passenger vs Driver side. Rear tires are almost new. Has anyone encountered this with their CT-Cyberbeast?
My front left has .5 more thread between inner and outer vs the front...
I noticed that the suspension does rattle a lot when going over certain, cracked roads with lower suspension. Feels like I’m driving with lo pro tires, similar to the 20”s on my model Y. Is this something common even in lower suspension mode ?
Is anyone experiencing annoying thump noise coming from suspension at low speeds going over rough streets ? Sounds like something is loose. Almost as if I driver over potholes.
Any tips on how to wash and maintain the Beast as clean as can be. I only wash my car at home, so getting the right product to avoid potentially staining my Beast-Fridge is crucial.
