“New” Cybertruck Photos with vault cover closed

The whole thing is dirty, looks like the dirt on the cover is from it being rolled up, fine dust will get everywhere even if things are closed up.

Starlink Lights up Ukraine Internet. (PS Does this Count as Advertising?)

Anything is possible, it also seems many Russian troops are not fully behind it, especially when they find out that they aren't actually liberating the country from a Nazi style government like they were told.

Starlink Lights up Ukraine Internet. (PS Does this Count as Advertising?)

Agreed that they massively underestimated the Ukrainian defenses, heck the fact that they haven't even managed air superiority yet has surprised me. But give them time this looks like it may take months they might bring it to bear. My dad used to be a ham radio operator, I remember on occasion...

Starlink Lights up Ukraine Internet. (PS Does this Count as Advertising?)

Raspberry! Only one man would dare give me the raspberry! My boss at the time I was involved in Electronic Warfare came in with a bag of parts and a wiring diagram and told me to build it and don't make it pretty, make it look like some A-hole built it in their garage. I did so, and apparently...

Ogre, less than half will be visible at any given point in time. But that is besides the point they could have 1 million in view and it wouldn't make a difference. Crissa, no you don't the satellites have a wide angle antenna, and anything pointed at them with sufficient power will make them...

Starlink Lights up Ukraine Internet. (PS Does this Count as Advertising?)

I did a bit of RF jamming while I was a student, its easier than you think, and the Russians are pros at it, possibly better than we are.

If you could request three factory add-ons, what would they be?

Personally I think it is best to have it blended on the accelerator pedal. My reasoning is that if it is blended on the break pedal it may not always be available at the same level due to either high state of charge or cold temperatures limiting regen. You would either have inconsistent...

We have some definite challenges ahead.

My dad used to joke when we the road got suddenly rough that we were now in New Mexico (from Arizona). I cracked the same joke on an airplane when we suddenly hit turbulence. It turned out by pure coincidence that we had just crossed into New Mexico

    1) that could be useful, my solar is 400+v at the DC side. 6) all wildlife here, including the occasional meth-head (big problem in my state)

Tesla driver opens fire on golf course and vehicles after parking at Catoosa OK Supercharger

As far as gun nut, he only had 1 AR-15, that hardly constitutes gun nut. The shooting a truck in the parking lot is nuts. I know a couple of gun nuts.

Charge me by the ton mile

Huh, its a bit dated, puts it much closer than I thought and some things are different than I thought. https://www.ers.usda.gov/amber-waves/2009/march/federal-funding-in-rural-america-goes-far-beyond-agriculture/ rural areas received more in total per capita Federal funding ($7,473) in fiscal...

Charge me by the ton mile

Are we talking about road and transportation taxes or total government spending? If you are talking total government spending yes rural states get more federal funding, they also have the majority of the research and testing areas which skews the data a lot. Those workers were housed in the...

Charge me by the ton mile

All sourced out of state, I couldn't tell you whether or not those were actually from rural communities. The reason I am pushing for info is the perception here (rural) is that most of our tax money goes to the cities and we get very little in return. After your post I looked for info and the...

Charge me by the ton mile

That is a forecast for one bill, I have found that forecast rarely becomes reality. In my state the built the rail to support the larger cities and taxed everyone for it.

Charge me by the ton mile

Do you have any sources for this, so far all I have found has been opinions.

California buys something like 2Gw of our wind power which is nearly all of it.
