For start part, EV and ICE are the same. They both need the energy to push a large object to move. Heavier objects need more energy to move, basic physics.
too many red light and stop sign kill the energy usage. Because of its dead weight, CT uses much higher energy during the first mile or so till reach the cruising speed.
I followed this forum since the first delivery EVERYDAY, seem like 2-3% owners had some undrivable issue, not counting some cosmetic issues like panel misaligned. Not sure it is normal for the very early release for any manufacture or not since i never had a vehicle VIN was in thousand range.
Only Safari condo alto f2114 is 47% more aerodynamic than its own other lineups due to the pointy front.
I tested bambi 20' for 121 miles average 55 mph, the average energy was 674 wh per mile.
That was why i suspect what OP had was a plat bed with a sports car on top. Otherwise no way he can get this efficiency for the same weight as my bambi.
674wh/mile is max 182 miles. It equals my towing test with airstream bambi 20'. AA is about 5500lb
So for the flat bed with a very aerodynamic vehicle on it, the whole aerodynamic is close to the similar size AA. I don't think an enclosed trailer would provide too much help at this point.
It is not sales pitch. It just because OP copy and paste too much detail of spec data to support his point. Those details obviously were for the marketing purpose.
Still far away from common but obviously getting more. People felt it is more common because of its distinguish looking. Mercedes-Benz GLS sold 30k per year since 2019 but you still don't see them often on the road because 1 even 30k annually number still spread thin across the country 2 it...
Happened to me a few times in sunny or no rain days already for only 2000 miles. Kind of annoying so i usually turn the auto off but it works good in the rain so sometimes forgot to turn auto off after rain stopped.
What you need and what you want are two different things but lots of people get confused about it, me too sometimes. We might got it from our prior education or experience, better grade or more money.
Exactly, except the pull through, the majority of superchargers were not designed to charge EV with trailer, does not matter it's charge port at the end or front.
over 400 miles range helps towing by roughly 35 miles at the most ( 410-340)/2. after first 100% charge segment, it will only...
