    Keeping Expectation Grounded

I don't know if disappointed is the word I'd use, but I would not purchase it if either of the following were true. - $79k starting price for the Dual Motor Variant (I have a CT3 reservation...you're essentially saying I should expect to pay over $100k; to which I say no effing way) - lower...

First Cybertruck trim priced from US$75,000

Not clicking, not reading it, not giving credence to the nonsense speculation. Really just waiting on actual news from Tesla, EM via X, or some pictures. But I'm no longer reading any speculative trash this late in the game. We'll know soon enough.

Fremont test track footage shows Cybertruck undergoing battery endurance test

Sorry, I didn't discriminate between who posted the video and you posting the link to the video here. 2 days = 48 hrs. 48 hrs x 60 mph = 2880 miles It's simple arithmetic people. We're getting a 2880-mile CT for no more than $69,900! For the record, I'd be okay with a 2880 miles range. That...

Fremont test track footage shows Cybertruck undergoing battery endurance test

I'm not sure how you would know that's what was being tested, but okay. How far did it get?

Closeup look at new wheels & body panels on release candidate Cybertruck

They could still work if they were made of rubber. Recycled tire rubber. They would flex with the bulge. Don't care. Just a thought.

I'm fine with the tail lights. $5 to replace if they ever break.

Release Candidate Cybertruck on Trailer - New Premium Wheel Set Photo

I thought the same thing at first. But the big can you're looking for is still there. It's dark in this photo but you can make out the dark can behind the shiny thing you can see.

Cybertruck vs Rivian R1T spotted on street (size comparison look)

It is not what we say, it is all about HOW we say it. I'm bragging when when I say with confidence; It may be short, but it sure is skinny! I'm talking of course about the latest CT vs Rivian photos.

Cyber cell is ready; no more range anxiety.

I'm glad there is a solid 70% majority who still recognize 500 miles of range is what the doctor ordered.

350 mile range Quad Motor rumored to be 1st trim launched

I will. 500 miles of range was the minimum starting point for me to consider an EV truck.

Would you still buy the Cybertruck if it goes up in price by $10K?

No effing way. Not paying more for less. Not a snowballs chance inhell. If either of those are the case I'll have zero regrets with ICE ICE Baby. Then I will change my profile photo to this and leave this forum until something worthwhile is in production.

Would you still buy the Cybertruck if it goes up in price by $10K?

No I won't pay more for 500 miles of range. The break even point takes too long vs what I would otherwise buy. Period. End of story. Shut it down. Close the poll. Discussion over.

Cybertruck vault sub-trunk fully opened! + Tonneau cover and tailgate lowering in action!

That's why I said I want the swing arm to be removable leaving a nice clean bumper when I don't have a need to carry the spare.

Cybertruck vault sub-trunk fully opened! + Tonneau cover and tailgate lowering in action!

Something like this is what I'll be after. I don't want it mounted to the trailer hitch. The swingarm should be part of the bumper. But the swingarm should be removable making for a nice clean bumper when I don't want to carry the spare.

Videos: Opening Cybertruck door and charge port cover

Do they all open that far? Why don't they automatically return to closed when the door is shut?
