People are not ordering the AWD because they’re poor. They’re ordering it because the delivery date is 6+ months earlier.
I wanted a Cyberbeast but I ordered an AWD specifically because of the delivery date. I’m buying this car cash so another 20k makes no difference at all.
I want a beast so bad, but the delivery for an AWD is estimated to be between April/June. The beast estimate is late 2024 and that likely means 2025. I would prefer be one of the first in my city to get a Cybertruck so I'm basically forced to go with the AWD.
I'm going to call BS on this one. The GMC Yukon is literally one of the most comfortable vehicles that exists. It's one thing to say that you prefer the CT ride quality, but to act like driving in a GMC Yukon for 3 hours is an unpleasant experience makes me not believe anything you claim.
I ordered my truck about a week ago and today I got a message saying "Prepare for your cybertruck delivery by providing registration details". Is this the normal process or a good sign that my order is progressing quickly?
I don't think it has anything to do with you being a long term investor. It may just be your turn.
I'm RN113034*** and never sent in the long term investor application and I got my invitation yesterday.
As the title states. I just received the invite and ordered a dual motor AWD. The expected delivery was April/June. Does that sound correct? seems way to soon considering how many people I see waiting.

Long story short I ordered a Dual motor with FSD back in 2019 on day 1. I now want a Cyberbeast. My question is how do I go about doing that? Keep my reservation and hope I get the option to upgrade when my time comes? Or should I just do a new reservation with the Cyberbeast?
What's more likely here? That the person who posted the video made a mistake or you, with absolutely no knowledge at all about the situation are wrong? How delusion do you have to be to just make something up out of thin air then argue the point like you're correct?
Wait so I watched the announcement event and haven't really been following the scene much since then. but based on this thread it looks like basically none of the things that made the original announcement good would be present at release?
I was mainly excited for the large size, exoskeleton...
Nah My design is nothing like that.
1. My build is designed to be a fully functional camper with all the amenities of a house while the top is closed, opening it is just a bonus for full standing height.
2. My build is designed around having the option to be stealth in cities/towns.
3. I have...
My plan with this build is for it to basically be self sustaining, meaning that I can drive hundreds of miles outside of civilization and park next to a river or lake and live there indefinitely if I wanted to. With my high end water filtration system I'll be able to use the river water for all...
For my needs it has to be stealth enough to sleep in cities without being noticed so I need to be able to access the camper without ever leaving my vehicle, so a passthrough is a must. Also the passthrough allows use of the vehicles stock climate and hepa air filtering to the camper so I'll have...
I'm planning to build the shell out of welded aluminum and the solar slide mechanism out of 80/20
I could easily change the design so the camper shell lines up flush with the top cybertruck ridge. The reason I put it a bit higher is because I wanted a spot to mount a light bar on top (that's...
Hey everyone
My use case is a bit different from most people as I plan to live full time in my Cybertruck, which is what I currently do with my Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I spend 6 months stealth camping in NYC and the other 6 months I go to warmer places like LA, Florida, Utah, Mexico and so on. So my...
