I guess I had better experiences with other brand past dealers. For the “Cuban” response: nothing to do nationality o race. It is a matter of professionalism, and service. Tesla is a great product and deserves the best. With my complaint I am only trying to make it better.
It is horrible because they do not give you a reasonable solution. It is their fault to deliver a defective vehicle. If you pay $110,000 at least you deserve a 1st Class service and a spotless vehicle.
