It's a part that can be taken off. The adhesive holds the panel the the section that bolts on. The most likely solution is to replace the whole part w/ the improved version.

Not sure what superloud is. The only time I get "louder than normal" wind noise is on a strong cross wind. Overall the vehicle does a pretty good job of deading exterior noise.

Mine does this and every other one I've ridden in does this. Mine is a little more consistent in its chirp, and is much less noticeable when I'm using FSD. SC told me its normal as well. If something goes wrong, that's what the warranty is for.
