I don't see that Tesla has much recourse as far as recovering that vehicle, but I don't know the terminology in the sales contract. Ferrari is a stickler on such things. If they find that you've flipped one, they won't ever sell you another one. BTW, I don't believe they let you buy a Spyder...
Wow! You're right. Those mirrors are terrible, not just for towing, but normal use. That would be a great aftermarket product, especially if they included spot mirrors. (Comment from a driver of fire trucks for >30 years.)
I'm not usually a fan of the black either, but in this case, the black seems to complement the dark color of the fenders, front valance, and rockers. I could see a brushed aluminum with dark gray/ black accents wheel, too.

"Align perfectly" is a bit of a misnomer. They would need some re-mounting to align them. Nonetheless, they look better than the stock wheels/covers... not unusual for Tesla.

Tint in NY state is limited to 30% for cars
Tint is limited to 30% (70% VLT) for front windshield and front side windows in NY state. (Sedans 70% also for rear side. No limit for rear if two outside mirrors.) Enforcement varies locally.
Floor mounted accelerator...that goes back a few decades...and there's a reason they stopped doing that. Probably the same reason the dimmer switch isn't on the floor anymore.
That's good insight. I wonder why they didn't include the Colorado/Canyon?
(I'll be interested also to see the proposed Ranchero and, possibly, El Camino, though they're definitely not in this class.)
