Not sure about that as I’ve never had downloads take as long as this across the Teslas I have that’s sat in the garage while updating.
Either way, I’m gonna let it run its course and hope it eventually downloads completely.
Are you saying you don’t have wifi connection at all or that your vehicle is disconnecting in the middle of the night?
I need to reiterate that my wifi connection is fine and haven’t had issues downloading previous updates with the truck and Model Y while sitting in my garage.
I’d like to know the solution too. My truck has been downloading an update since yesterday but I’m still sitting at 76% as of now.
I haven’t seen a download take this long on previous software downloads on the truck or my Model Y. Tempted to do the reset but I don’t want to have to wait a whole...
I’ve been in a holding pattern with my assigned electrician since May due to Tesla not shipping them the gateway. This was before Tesla decided to increase the voucher price.
It sucks because now that I’m locked in with the assigned electrician (they already received the permits for the...
Truck started automatically downloading 2024.20.6 more than an hour ago but still at 7%.
Anyone else’s taking long with downloading it? Should I reset the touchscreen?
Edit: my wifi connection is fine, multiple devices are connected and no other issues such as streaming.
Finally seeing a bit more Cybertrucks on the road in Contra Costa County (Antioch/Brentwood more specifically)!
Long shot but if we waved at each other on Lone Tree Way in Antioch/Brentwood, say hello here!
Mine was delivered a few days ago and your packaging is in way better shape than how mine came in lol.
I don’t know if they messed the packaging up from the origin site or if FedEx damaged it. Doesn’t really matter though since the mudflaps were in good condition.
I’ve used Slap Pass, a magnetic solution that you stick your CAV decals on and can be easily placed or removed from your vehicle. Works great on my Model Y and just ordered another set for my truck.
Here’s their website if anyone wants to check it out: slappass.com.
Plaid doesn’t work with brokerage accounts so I opted to do a wire transfer direct from my account to Tesla. Fairly instant depending on what day and time you do the wire (weekend wires would be processed the following business day).
And just like that, I was assigned a VIN. Interestingly it’s a lower VIN so I’m assuming I’m taking a CT that someone passed on. Gonna give the service center a call to see when I would take delivery.
Ah my bad, here are the dates:
Day 1 reservation holder
FS E-mail sent on 2/13
Configure order: 2/14
VIN Assigned: 3/20
Delivery: tentatively 4/3
I don’t qualify as a stock holder nor did I expedite pickup.
I was checking the app today and noticed my VIN was removed from the account. Immediately called the Tesla Service Center and they told me I was unmatched from the VIN due to the CT failing inspection with possible pickup now being pushed back to April 3rd.
Maybe it was the door misalignment...
