Split the 48v power line to a 12v socket in frunk. It now powers the console fridge INSIDE cabin 😎

Hi, TwiztOG43; The cabling in your photo was not used. I had two spools of 16-gauge wire and we cut that to length where needed. We powered the Auxbeam from the Buck converter’s 12v output. You might try tying the Auxbeam’s negative directly to the OEM Tesla negative (black with blue stripe)...

    HO HO Holiday ideas.

Twice a week I leave the courthouse and pick up my autistic kid from his job at the supermarket and we get Chick-fil-A and supercharge. We have an unhurried lunch, recharge ourselves and recharge the truck. I easily get a free 1,200 miles a month to work and back and .65 cents a mile in tax...

How would you get a wire from the frunk power supply to the subtrunk?

Cybergirl and myself had both routed wiring down the gunnels at the aerocover nearest the stainless steel so that the path goes from above and around all of the moving parts of the tonneau and into the vault. A different path could be routed through the wheel wells along the Terrestrial armor...

What's Your Rated 100% Range? (Vote in Poll)

I thought you were pretty funny here. I can’t believe anyone would be butt-hurt by this off-hand humor. It’s not like you criticized Jesus Christ for fuck’s sake.

Stripped steering wheel bolt - Advice needed 😞

Be careful to ensure the slot halves the bolt head as perfectly as possible. Too far to either side and that section can break off when force is applied. Ask me how I know. Then, attempting to tap it is nearly impossible because the bolt’s top is a divot leading any tap or drill into the...

Cybertruck FSD saves life of wrong-way driver (head on collision avoided)

The post could have been named a little more clearly. Passing improperly is not really “wrong way” driving, just improper with opposing traffic. This happens a lot in rural AZ and NM. Impatient people dying to save a few minutes in travel time, smh.

Cybertruck FSD saves life of wrong-way driver (head on collision avoided)

As you view the video, the driver approaching the camera on the right side is attempting to pass the semi truck. He’s on the wrong side of the road.

Frunk sharp corner solution. No more head bangers!

I take the Lord’s name in vain every time I bend forward right there and nearly split my skull. Thanks for posting this!

CybertruckCo Solar Frunk, Urander Rack 2.0, Unplugged Performanece Side Molle Sail Panels, and TSportLine CTX Front Bumper

Partially it was price in that I received a decent discount for accepting a bumper with small cosmetic issues, but mainly the functionality of a 12,000 pound winch with the integrated Li Ion battery to power the winch. And the video TSportline has where they winch the entire front end of the...

32 Amp Portable Charging - Range Extending w/ Bluetti Apex 300 Battery Power Stations

That is very accurate in that each Apex 300 or extender B300K has 2,785 kwhours of energy. But two Apex units tied to two B300K extenders renders over 11 kwhours and it fits nicely under the tonneau. They are easily re-deployable for whole-home electricity backup or other uses. And Bluetti is...

Installing a 12 volt radar detector -- use 12 - 15 volt circuit behind the rear view mirror compartment.

If still needing to do so, you can use two trim tools as levers to pop off the ceiling shifter in a downward direction. One trim tool on each side, gently leveraging downward closest to the end of the ceiling shifter near the cabin camera as possible.

Reviving the possibilities of onboard battery extender

Cybergirl has installed 2 Ecoflows in the rear seat area and that would allow for environmental temperature control of the extra batteries. It is a fantastic solution. I do appreciate the modularity of the Bluetti B300K 2,785 kw units, however. They are each 65 pounds so they are heavy but...
