I've had it two weeks and got flipped off once that I noticed, after waving a guy to go first at a stop sign since he seemed in a hurry. Instead of going, he rolled his window down and flipped me off. At the time I laughed, because the absurdity of a nice gesture being outweighed by some brain...
There's nothing wrong with my baby yet, but it's new for me to hear about people scheduling Service Center appointments for small things.
I've always had used cars, and whatever I couldn't fix would just stay broken unless I thought it was worth a mechanic.
What have you scheduled a service...
Yeah a few of us noticed the update before this one increased the resistance to the wheel, especially noticable on fairly sharp long turns:

Ooh I hope the steering gets easier or a driving with a dog mode is put in. Seems like theyโd make a bigger deal if that were true but Iโll install it with hope
I know they said they were adding more feedback to the wheel for the last update, but mine suddenly is a lot harder to crank. Does anyone else feel this? It is super noticeable on a tight on-ramp for my commute. Last week it was amazing feeling the power of steer by wire, just turning sharp no...
I love the idea of the molle frunk panels, but >$200 seems like a lot, I would think the hardware would be closer to $75, maybe $100 for shipping and profit. Any idea what makes it so expensive?
yeah the last three weeks were basically halted. A few people got theirs right before the end of the month (inc yours truly) but still a lot were held back.
I think it's a big contributing factor, they didn't even up the incentives at the end of the quarter like many were waiting for, just...
I thought it was just the newness wearing off, it does seem harder for me as well. I try to keep it in low-mode, might switch to medium.
Maybe you moved to low-mode from Medium?
yeah I +1 this post.
My doggo has free reign in the back and she uses it, I really don't want to have to tap more than a few times every time I make a stop. Car seats aren't designed to go back and forth between the seats.
You'd probably be better off asking them. From their FAQ I see:
"XPEL offers a lifetime warranty for defects. In addition to the XPEL warranty, Tesla will also cover the film replacement if the glass requires replacement due to glass defect or breakage during the new vehicle warranty period."
XPEL works with Tesla Warranty https://lp.xpel.com/tesla-window-film. Tesla sent out an email with this partnership a couple weeks ago so I've been highly considering it. I don't want too dark of a tint.
My god, I wish these were like $300 and I could change them out for St Patrickโs, Valentineโs Day etc. Let me know if you want to do some kind of marketing collab with someone whoโs terrible at all types of marketing, sales, and photography XD
