Around 2000 miles. I have about 3000 on the odometer now. Not my primary daily driver. Given that the problem didnāt happen from day one I think itās a fair assumption that this is related to the glue and or whatever fasteners they use in the door deteriorating over time.

I had the foam clicking noise in my driver seat, as well as both of my rear seats. The driver seat has now been replaced three times. The fourth seat is finally perfect. The rear seats have been replaced once and so far so good.
