I believe they will ultimately offer the foundation series to all 2 million order holders, and once they have gone through them all then they will stop building foundation series
They are illegal in Virginia and I cannot remember the other state, but considering out of 50 only two means they are primarily legal devices, especially for those that never even go into those states at all
No, it doesn’t assume that… I clearly said above that it will get better and better. Tesla will find better parts and better ways to do things on the regular versions that the foundation series will unfortunately not get because it is the early units.
