Thanks, it fits my needs perfectly and @ the $130 price I can replace it if needed but I'm pretty sure that's never going to happen. Horses for courses..
With over 2M reservations they were very optimistic. Musk mentioned 250K/yr after production ramp up. Only missed it by 90%+.
Only Tesla knows the actual numbers and anone spilling the beans is likely fired on the spot just like any properly functioning autocracy.
I've been informally tracking Cybertruck sales by VIN since ordering on Feb 05, 2026. My Feb 5th order with a mid Feb VIN of 91xxx and the most recent I've seen from mid March was 93xxx. That would be approximately 2000 Cybertruck's a month and perhaps 6K of the Q1 16K other models. Seems about...
I'd describe it as out of necessity due to staffing which with Tesla is always lean. Want "better service" order mid-qtr, mid-mo. I ordered Feb 5th and delivery was Mar 7th and the service levels were outstanding.
I put a aftermarket bed liner in mine (03/07 delivery) and it, along with the trim/fenders were all just fine on delivery. I also had a PPF wrap installed and ceramic coating applied to everything except glass and tonneau cover.
I suppose it was overkill but I plan to keep it a long time so...
Only in a Tesla Forum would you have someone complaining about an 85 mph speed limitation for a ADAS system. It's really a simple risk/reward proposition. If you want to "keep up with traffic" going 85 plus mph, drive the damn car yourself. You're welcome ...
My new mantra:

All these prognostications are very appropriate this time of year. As they say, blind faith. FSD works pretty much as I need it to now and each "major update" seems to come with it's own set of challenges. That said, some ASS would be fun to get.
Isn't that the truth. For traditional automobile manufacturers, software is a 4 letter word. Tesla was the first and the remains the best at making software defined vehicles at scale.
OMG to most of this thread ... This may come as a shock to some of you but you don't actually hear all frequencies. Blocking out distracting ,sounds with earbuds or headphones is easy as they dominate your ear canal. In an open space like a car, selecting certain frequencies sound waves to...
It's amazing considering all the "experts" called the Cybertruck far to dangerous to be allowed on American roads. I hope some traditional media sources pick this important story up and get the word out. With a possible minivan or 3 row SUV (my preference) using the Cybertruck platform, Tesla...
That vehicle should be built using the unboxing method. Price it aggressively an watch the orders roll in. With SBW and RWS It would become the best selling and safest large SUV in the world. I promise ...
