I don't know? Then riddle me this: If I have well over the threshold for shares and have held them for the duration they require, how am I not qualified to be a LTS?

I am assuming I am because I meet the written requirements and they sent me the followup email to verify my holdings after I had initially verified my holdings weeks earlier. I guess I could be wrong but the language seems clear and I have no indication I have been denied.

I am LTS qualified and have been waiting 50 days, still no VIN, so not sure about that 45 day bump up estimate.
