So while driving I have to tap on the screen to bring up a menu and then choose where to park. While having that as an option is "fine" it is a miss in my mind to not present that option at the time you are first entering the destination you want to go to...

You are making the assumption that there is a winner and a loser in divorce court when in reality there are only losers (except the attorneys if their clients pay them). If you know you are going to lose in some fashion why not simply have the AI decide and save yourself all the time trouble...
