Yes looks like same item, although I think they overstate the battery life, i calculate 6-7.5 hours depending on conditions, and under heavy use it could be 5.5, ymmv.

Folks this is not a mount for the truck this is a mount and battery for when you are away from the truck. For example, you drive to base camp and then hike up a mountain with this in your backpack. Set up camp and deploy. Maybe you need wifi and internet somewhere that your truck cannot go...

No, you don't need to remove the caliper covers to use the aero covers. You can find multiple caliper cover articles at https://www.halocybertruck.com including an article on how to stop them from rattling.
