Update - on the Facebook group we got confirmation that someone who was under battery hold got assigned a new vin in the 60,9xx range and took delivery today. He even posted a picture of him taking delivery of the vehicle.

So you got assigned an older truck then. They were manufacturing 60,xxx in January (mine was 60,xxx). Will be interesting to see if they are giving people previously produced or new trucks
my vin was 60,xxx also built in begin Jan with the same delivery date. I am also in the Bay Area (Dublin) so we are likely in the same boat. I don’t thing they are lying, I think based on the process the system updates the status incorrectly at times. Your vehicle could have gone to the Milpitas...
they must have made a decision up top that it doesn’t make sense to have people wait and it would take too long and easier just to get everybody new vehicles
Things are getting super strange. I just got a text saying they are unassigning the vehicle they had given me a vin for and will assign a new vin when one becomes available. They said they did it to prioritize quality.
