Just unplug the trailer connector from the truck if you are needing off-road capability while towing. If you are pulling a trailer in places where you actually need off-road settings, you likely wont need trailer lights and signals.
I love it and think it is absolutely worth it, especially in my case where most of the price was covered using my FS voucher. It's on par price wise with other similar products like Rivian's yakima tent and other similar products custom designed to work with a specific vehicle.
I don't believe...
They replace the screws that hold the vault aero trim piece on the top of the vault and add quick release tabs. Otherwise it's a simple install and just a matter of adding the support pieces on the L-Track.
IMO, Tesla really failed in not adding the '- Triggers snowflakes, communists, and mouth breathers' option in the Cybertruck feature list on the order page..
I likely would have paid extra for this feature if i knew at the time. :)
In on-road mode, you can not drive in the high suspension setting over 25mph or longer than 100ft.
This link has all you need to know.

Assuming it's not some major service required, I'd expect a call or an update any day now.
I can relate though, i was checking my Tesla app like 60 times per day when my delivery was imminent. :D
Did you schedule a powershare install with a certified installer prior to the voucher change? If so, i believe the $4000 will be honored through the powershare install.
Tesla is not going to give you the $4000 or the powershare equipment directly if that is what you are thinking. That was...
In terms of physical features or options, i have nothing to suggest, it's perfect for me as is.
Software wise, I'd like to see the following:
-Rear view cam stays visible when turn signals active.
-Suspension height control remotely from Tesla app.
-Auto show front cam when pulling into a...
If you turn off traffic signal control in settings that will prevent the stopping at traffic signals.
Otherwise tacc works fine for me, certainly better than most any others OEM's cruise control. I personally rarely get phantom braking, maybe twice in two months of ownership.
When FSD arrives...
Sounds like decent service to me. Glad it got sorted.
My vehicle is perfect, so not looking forward to any of these recall fixes and messing with success. ?
For sure, if this is your first EV, and fellow EVer might be able to provide some tips.
No word on the new motors but i would think that is the case. I'd be surprised if Tesla is dropping special motors in only a few early owner vehicles.
If someone is willing it definitely can't hurt, but don't buy into the fit and finish issues FUD.
Today, there is no special knowledge or experience required for taking delivery of a Tesla any more than if you were buying a Honda Civic.
Probably multi factors why the activity here has slowed.
-Most/all of the FUD spreaders are gone now that their claims have been debunked.
-Many folks cancelled their order due to price increase and left the forum.
-Many folks are waiting for the non-FS and have no reason to post right now...
