100% agree, its my only complaint. If you like to drive in the right lane current CT FSD is for you. If you want to be in the left lane its not and it will hover between 65-70. It lets you set 80 or 85mph max speed limit, but wont ever get close. Basic Autopilot accelerates and stays at that max...
Our evenings/nights are really cool in the Bay Area. On a regular day in the summer AC is needed from lets say 1pm till around 6pm. Got to remember this is a backup emergency system, that I am expecting to use 4-5 times a year for an average of 4hours
FSD on the HWY is too slow, it doesn't want to drive to the max speed I set. Its comfortable around 65-70 but if the left lane is driving at 80 we have to keep up. Only way to hurry it along is with accelerator pedal.
I got my 4K credit. Total was around 6800 for the installation and I will be paying 2800 or so. Cant remember exact amount ( in my post history). Two guys started at 8am one of them left around 5pm and another stayed till 6:30pm. Not sure thats 6800 worth but they were here for a while and will...
Yes its weird, my phone connects to anything almost immediately and so does my TV. I would think its pretty simple in 2024 to have a pretty seamless wifi connection. Xfinity app lets you change from WPA3 to WPA2 and I did that for 2.4band but it did not connect. The charger is also only like...
I have xfinity, I tried to separate the bands and I changed 2.4 band to WPA2 but it didnt work. Not sure what I did wrong, it was also getting late so he didnt want to wait while I experimented. I have an extender as well and my plan is to connect it to extender 2.4 band next time
Appreciate you finding it, so they were correct. I would have preferred if they moved the wires and i would wire soft start later. Paying 975 dollars for them to do it was just too expensive. But at the same time I dont think we will need the AC during the outage (so far PGE has been pretty...
I believe mine is LRA 82, but the AC is pretty old and the label is really worn so I cant be sure. I asked installer twice and he said his boss stopped by and said it would not work. I told him to just do it and Ill install softstart at the later date, but he said no and he needs to protect the...
Thank you, it’s just they are here now.
I asked if they can connect AC to the backup and I’ll change to soft start later, but they said no. They told me it’s would be 975 dollars if they install soft start themselves which I think is steep. Now am thinking of skipping AC
I dont think we have exact info, but I would assume Waymo is easily over 100K per car. Financially FSD makes a lot more sense. if self driving is going to be a real world widely adopted thing cost has to make sense.
All of you worried that you wont be able to get out and you need a saw to cut through the glass, there is your answer. Push the glass out with your legs
