there does not seem to be any current when he did this....with that speed it enabled a more straighter drive "pushing water" in front....And lower speed I think he would be in trouble if there was a current and might even start to float some causing loss of control

yes, i was really happy to get low RN but the fact that i was a Dir of Quality in my working days, i know what infant mortality was and the MTBF for failure has to be very high....No realibility rating yet becasue there is not enough data or trucks on the road to report....i am sure it will be...

this should have been caught at acceptance checks for prototype prior to approving the final design......but they probably did not consider it, or a hurry to get things done attitude prevailed and it was one of those things the could remedy after production release.....I dont know about you, but...
