Other vehicles, yes. No early testers have posted getting it on their truck, and there are 0 Cybertruck installs on TeslaFi. Nobody here has posted about receiving it.
It’s pretty significant coming from a 2024 update, since we get third party preconditioning and the wiper update among other things. There are likely a bunch of undocumented minor improvements too.
What is your location? Road sand/salts make a burning rubber smell when they get hot. Several cars I had did this and I thought it was tires rubbing on ice, but learned the road treatment makes that smell.
Low coolant was my issue as well. They said it caused a wide variation in temperatures across the battery pack, or something like that. Haven’t had any errors since.
My Subaru, 4Runner, and even Model 3 gets snow plastered on the headlights in the very specific type of snow that sticks on LEDs, but it wasn’t trendy until Cybertruck?
You’re selling because there’s a sound, you don’t know what it is, but it’s not normal to you? The motors are warrantied to 150k. I wouldn’t worry about it. Sounds like some motors went back to HQ and they determined it was normal ?‍♂️
