I recall some loophole, and think it was regarding the exact wording of the functionality. But only time will tell if they allow it... They certainly are not allowing it for the Foundation truck, or it would be listed as a rebate or discount because of the original FSD reservation.

Its has vision FSD (that doesn't work right now) - that will always be a part of the Foundation series and so even if you bought a used one in a few years, it will have it. On a side note, I'm totally unconvinced that Tesla will "honor" the $7,000 FSD lock-in price. My recollection of the fine...
