I noticed it happened once when I was stoping it frequently and not using the full open/close one touch method. Then I just did a one-touch total retract, and one-touch close and it seemed to fix itself.
So don't know... but I generally just use the full open/close method now, unless I really...
My average energy efficiency after 3081 miles is 388 Wh/mi.
This is combination city and highway miles. Probably about 2/3 are highway miles with some pretty large hills driven on a regular basis. I've also towed a 8,000 lbs twice but that was only for a few miles. It was running in the 700-800...
Still don't understand the exact way this happened. I did read his description of the incident twice... It happened a little different than described? Or some information was left out?
My best guess is that the edges are rounded properly in production, but then because of additional scratches, or discoloration, or some other reason, it is sanded/polished again. This could happen late in the stage of manufacture, or at the SC, or by the owner, or by someone doing a mod...
I had tried a version (or maybe it was the exact same if it's still the same formula) of this several years ago... but don't know if they have changed it in any way. It did look sorta plastic to me at the time. I recall it can also be sprayed.

Anything in the bed must be very secured if you accelerate, or it will smack the back tailgate so hard it will do potential damage. So if you carry loose stuff in the back the beast is not going to be used for high acceleration. AWD is pretty much the perfect vehicle, unless you simply want the...
I've done it, to the glovebox. Hid the wire. Glovebox opens and closes fine. Sorry I've no video for you to follow but didn't find it hard to do. I use it everyday.
Perhaps this will help, I used this device in the glovebox...
You can certainly use ammonia free Windex or glass cleaner on Stainless. But again...
"No, it is not recommended to use (regular) Windex on stainless steel due to its ammonia content, which can cause damage and discoloration over time."
Key Points:
Windex is not recommended for cleaning...
He really seems like a nice guy in his video... But I've been very happy avoiding his advise to use Windex with ammonia, which is bonkers for a pro... He really should know better now by his second video about this.
And use the protectaclear at your own risk. It is not easy to remove...
