10,000+ Miles Driving a Cybertruck – Things learned: range, great sound and full love/hate list after 10k miles

Although it's supposed to be a detailed report, many things seem out of place. The insurance paid and the amount of miles driven are big red flags... I expect some of the other information is wonky... Did they also say 20+ hours of video coming but they will remain anonymous because of...

Getting cold feet. Vin Assigned, pickup anyday. What to do?

Were is the vin located on a Cybertruck? I assumed it would be on a physical imprint, or is it just in the software?

    Cybertruck Corrosion (per Owner Manual)

Yes, been about 40 years now? wow... I had sorta been wondering how long it would take for all this to come up again on a car forum... It was always a big discussion for the Delorean owners. Sorta a sideways fixation on fingerprints going on - note that they will pickup worse on the stainless...

Cybertruck vs Rivian vs Lightning! Comparison & Recommendation by Out of Spec Kyle

Hey Thanks I didn't know that the F150 had a 240 in the bed. Reading about it now... 30 amps I think. Is the Cybertruck 48amps? - I've owned 5 f150's over the years, and still have an old antique F100.

Cybertruck vs Rivian vs Lightning! Comparison & Recommendation by Out of Spec Kyle

The others don't have a 240 outlet... The review seems very, very worried about having 110v in the front, not just in the back and also in the cab. ok, whatever.... I'm more interested in the 240v and total amp capacity of the outlets. So that is pretty good on the cybertruck and is better than...

Might be a reason why Tesla has changed to a 1K cybertruck deposit, as it's harder to walk away from.

Keeping Cybertruck clean w/ Bar Keepers Friend + Windex...

Maybe ammonia free windex would be ok, but in general I just don't use it... https://houseandhomeonline.com/can-you-use-windex-on-stainless-steel/

Potentially stupid question regarding snow handling.

Other old trick is to reduce the air pressure in the tires 3-5 psi. But not sure about doing that on the Cybertuck.

    Tonneau Cover question

Yes, I believe it will (stay open wherever you stop it). I was thinking the same thing, and heading to a beach sounds nice with the dogs.

    Foundation Series Remorse

I remember back in the day... (4 years ago) some people were ordering both beasts and dual motor, and then planning to take which ever came out first in 2020-21.

Cybertruck vault leak in rain: a bit disappointing

That truck had to be parked strongly tilted towards the front for a puddle like that... Probably not a reliable or normal test.

    Cybertruck hauling 1800lbs of drywall!

After the load leveled it didn't look all that bad. A trailer would be better.

    Cybertruck hauling 1800lbs of drywall!

Video a stealth PR piece? - A multi-angle tailgate would be nice. And I miss the ramp idea, that would be handy for loading an ATV, etc.
