Had the same thing happen to my Cyberbeast today, but I was lucky called Roadside Support and 15 minutes later it was on its way to West Palm Beach Service Center. I thought it was a motor problem....we will see. What was yours?

Received my Cyberbeast last September, requested a service for light installation in January. They are installing today. Could have installed earlier but waited for a local service center to do the work.
