    Last week, I heard from Cypress SC that v2 of light bar remains in development with potential Summer release date. Same design change by moving from adhesive attachment to bracket attachment, which would avoid any issue if your CT windshield requires replacement.

    Cypress SC is where I was told about redesign. They had only performed 1 install (of original adhesive version) prior to that conversion. Maybe you’ll get additional info on redesign when you go for your repair?

    Got an answer. It’s an automated message that does not correlate with VIN. While it’s not the answer that I wanted, I do appreciate Tesla’s responsiveness.

    SIAP … today, I received a text from Tesla with link to PDF regarding ā€œTexas Vehicle Pick Up Processā€. Is this a positive sign that I may receive a VIN soon for Cyberbeast (2/22 order, Q4 expected delivery)? Or is this an automated message that doesn’t mean much, other than ā€œHowdy from Teslaā€? ?
