I wrapped multiple cars in the past and they were all fine; one going on 9 years, the other 7. PPF is different than vinyl. PPF typically carries a 8-10 year warranty. This is an installer inexperience issue that will be made right. To wrap or not is personal preference. But PPF is made to...
Nice. That looks like a custom designed vinylwrap which you can get from an reputable commercial vinylwrap shop. They can help you design your pattern on their software or BYOP🤓
...so the double sided tape never sticks to the windshield more than a couple hours. I was thinking about just putting an opaque black vinylwrap from the roof to the bottom of the rearview mirror as there's no need to see that high anyways. I already have 50% on front and 5% on sides.
Sick...
...why, but we don't know why, and it could be from a lot of reasons going through her head.
I am just glad it didn't happen to mine, as my vinylwrap would have been trashed. It's bad enough with a few door ding scrapes which were presumably accidents in parking lots. Luckily my camo...
...planned on using a marine adhesive sealant as one level of water ingress protection to seal up joints. My mind has been thinking of using vinylwrap as another layer of water ingress protection. Clear over the whole top cap, solar panels included. A layer of colored wrap could be laid down...
I have the caliper covers. I like them well enough. They are available for much much cheaper on Amazon than any of the Tesla retailers.
I want to match my wrap more closely like I did with my first car. (Including example photo)
The other part is that some hubcaps dont like the tight clearance...
I am thinking of putting some grayscale graphics on one of the trucks.
I am a real fan of some of the old 90's colorful pro street paint jobs.
I think a grayscale set of graphics would look fun.
For something like this I assume it would not be a wrap but just vinyl stickers or is there...
Cantrail, part of one of the recalls
They will replace for free

If I already have a ceramic coating applied over my vinylwrap from the people who wrapped my truck, can I just apply this over the top for extra protection?
Based on how the water beads better in certain areas that others, even though they said it was a 10-year coating...I suspect it could use...

Hi @BKCYBerwonkanobee
The base is PPF and accent (bronze) is a reflective Vinyl.
@Sirfun that is a great idea. I haven't tried this but heard of it. The problem is the amount of intervention here needed vs the benefit. I enjoyed just using my phone and working while truck figured things out...
If it helps at all, here’s a video of my Cybertruck with the Tesbros VinylWrap. I’m extremely new to the process, but found the kit perfect for the truck and Tesbros was always there willing to help via phone/text. I en ended up getting a PPF wrap for our model Y juniper from Tessbros because...
