Many Cybertruck owners have customized their trucks with vinylwraps or special coatings to change the look of the bare stainless steel. These custom wraps range from matte colors to elaborate designs, allowing owners to personalize their Cybertrucks’ appearance. However, the cantrail recall has...

Also: Tesla sold the CT with a vinylwrapped option. Which sets a pretty clear precedence that this is a very common upgrade...How are they going to handle those CT?. It was a non-factory option paid...
Thanks for making this original post. Without it, I would be annoyed, texting them and getting nowhere, and I would have never called. Just the way I am, so I appreciate that. Now, the following dilemma: go the summer without wrapping or not. The Polish guys (I saw someone post a video of them...
Technically, there's no such thing as an unauthorized modification as the manufacturer cannot set such limits on their warranty.
The onus is on them to prove a specific modification made the fault they're refusing to repair, or makes it too dangerous for them to touch. Not the owner.

...recall - which they are *required* to do. You are not - especially if your vehicle is compromised or lost value in the process. [half ass vinylwrap would depreciate the value]
Consider 2: Tesla could 'repair' the cant rails - by regluing your existing panels. However, TESLA elected to take...
What a horrible and hateful person. By the way I’m pretty sure this jerk is supposed to be female. But when you suggest that you’re going on a “hot girl walk” you are inviting critiques and if she is as “pretty“ on the outside as she clearly is on the inside your truck DEFINITELY wasn’t the only...
Here’s the hate I got: an article written about my truck.
It’s so ridiculous that he said I honked and swerved around a cyclist and sped off into an alley. Such an obvious lie. Designed to make cybertruck drivers look like assholes?
my kids and I put the vinyl stickers on with our sticker...
...win. The only modification I’m going to make is to postpone wrapping it. I figure stainless steel will be lots harder to damage than a vinylwrap.
I like the eyeball sentry image on the wife’s model Y. I’d prefer it as a deterrent, and it would be awesome if it followed people around the...
Keeping PPF clean is very similar to keeping regular car paint clean. It will get dirty and it's equally easy to clean. As for car washes - our wrap is designed in a way that the edges roll securely rather than hang by a thread, and as a result you can use automatic car washes at will (I mostly...
I was pretty much sold on Satin Black either ppf or vinyl depending of local pricing.
Today while I saw (online) metallic blue. I really like how it looks :)
how difficult is it to keep clean
how much dirt does it show?
My truck will unfortunately be exposed to sprinkler (hard water) and...
At this time, I wouldn't recommend placing it over a PPF or vinylwrap. We are looking at higher energy (stronger pull magnets) options for that. Our current product is designed for use directly on the steel.

These sheets are a lot thicker than a PPF or vinylwrap, so there is a bit of cushioning beneath the colored layer that could provide some flexibility and forgiveness against chipping and cuts.

Would love to get a reply on this. I wrapped my truck and saw this option after so I decided not to buy, if these magnets go over a Collor PPF Wrap I'd get one in the future just to change the color every now and then.
I think you guys were going to test if your magnetic covers would work on pre-wrapped CTs, vinyl or PPF. You thought it would work but weren’t sure at the time.
Any update per chance? I’ve got a vinylwrap but am tempted with that matte white or copper cover. :)
Vinylwraps can be tricky to remove - you need to heat it a lot and remove slowly, and still depending on the vinyl it may not work out so great.
We do PPF wraps though and here is what removal looks like:
With that said you still need somewhat warm environment - best done in the summer after...
OK, so I just put on a new vinylwrap and it looks great but I wanna protect it. Should I use this ceramic coating that everybody’s talking about? I’ve done some research on it and it seems like it would be a good option. I know ideally it would be to have a clear PPF put over the vinyl, but I...
